Clean-Up Procedures

1. Vacuum room, if necessary. (The vacuum is in the restroom opposite Room 208.)
2. If food is served, bag up garbage and put in large trash bins in the kitchen.
3. Wipe tables with disinfecting wipes. (A container is in each classroom.)
4. Return tables and chairs to original location or set-up.
5. In the gym, return equipment to storage rooms and check for items that may have been left behind by families.

Other Guidelines

1. The coop is allowed to use only the reserved rooms between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm.
2. The coop needs to vacate the premises by 3:00 pm.
3. If the facility is left unclean and in disorder, the coop agrees to forfeit the security deposit of $100.
4. In the event of any damage to the facility or church property, the coop agrees to forfeit the security deposit and pay any additional costs incurred repairing the damage.
5. No food and drinks are allowed in the Worship Center.
6. No church property is to leave the facility.
7. No helium balloons are allowed.
8. Only light-colored drinks are allowed.
9. The playground equipment may be used only with adult supervision.
10. When hanging things on the wall, use only blue painter’s tape.
11. Street shoes are not allowed in the gym. Wear proper gym shoes so no black scuff marks are left on the floor.
